About the Outfit
I took my kids to a Chinese New Years celebration in Emery Bay, which is a out door shopping center, and while they were waiting in line to get their face painted I decided to walk through Old Navy just to see what they have and kill some time. I should have known that was going to mean I would be walking out with something; I'm not very good at window shopping. I was perusing the sales section and came across this sweater and just feel in love. It's actually a size XXL but because of the shape and style I still love how it fits. It's not like I was in need of a black and white open front cardigan. You might remember I wore another one here with these sames pants in blue. But it was gorgeous and I wanted it. I wear it all the time now, so it was still a good buy.
This clutch I am really excited about because I made it. I have a whole bunch of DIY ideas that I want to try, but I never get around to getting all the materials and taking the time out to do it. So I am so proud of myself for completing this, Yayy! I watched a bunch of Youtube videos, put some ideas together and had to tweak it a little. I don't have a working sewing machine at the moment (and don't really know how to sew well) so this is the no sew version. I'm really proud of the finished results and it's also become one of my favorite clutches at the moment. What do you guys think?
