Budget Outfit Details: The top I got from Kmart (yup I said Kmart :-) ) for a little under $15. The pants I got a long time ago from Ross for $11.99. The boots are JustFab and were $39,99. The coat I got from the thrift store on sell for 6.50. So the total outfit was under $75!

Black & White and Red all Over + Mahogany Closet Mondays Fashion Link Up

For me an outfit usually start from an idea, theme, or a single piece I want to wear and builds from there. This outfit started with this collared peplum top. I got it long ago from my favorite store, and if you have read even a couple of my blog post you probably know what that is LOL, but have probably only worn it once. So I started with the top, decided to wear the black pencil skirt and then happened to look over see my black and white polka heels and thought yes that would be perfect. Added my thrifted red coat (one of my favorite pieces) for a pop of color and Voila (I sure there should be an accent mark or 2 in that word somewhere but you guys know what I mean :-) ). What do you guys think? Do you have a way in which you build outfits?
